You are very good at what you do!! Thank you for the extra work on the cover letters. I could never have expressed my experience and abilities as they would translate into marketable skills as you have done. I will recommend you and your services to my associates and friends.

I would like to change my phone number on the letters and my resume...as you have found, it is difficult to reach me at my home number. My cell number is the best contact info...123-555-1212.

I also found that a date on my resume is incorrect. My service with [Employer] was 1983-1984, followed by [Employer] from 1984-1986. I must have mixed up my time line.

One other bit of info in the cover letter (for restaurant management), regarding my training manual for [Employer], second paragraph last sentence, rather than "sales" training programs I think it should say "service" training programs.

Once again, it has been a pleasure working with you. I can't tell you how encouraging your comments and suggestions have been. I will be paying with a different credit card. If you call me I can give you that info.

Overheard at a check out line at a Wal Mart store; a woman talking to the cashier, June 25, 2002.

"See that person in front of me? She is the reason I can afford to buy all of this dog food for my four dogs. She did my resume and only one cover letter last year at this time. I sent it to one company I had been trying to get employed by for some time and sure enough they were so impressed with my resume and how professionally the qualifications were presented on it, that they called me in for an interview and I got hired. Hi Kate, I am in Ohio this week. I have three interviews with school districts. I followed up on the museum job and it was filled. But I am so thrilled that some schools called me. It is very hard to get interviews without substituting first. I am so thankful for the resume that you made for me. It definitely got me interviews. I am recommending people to you if they are considering updating theirs. One interview went very well today and we will see about the others this week. I am still keeping my eyes open for other things, but I just haven't seen anything I want or am qualified for recently.
